Liverpool have signed Swedish forward Cornelia Kapocs on a permanent deal from Linkoping.
Kapocs, 24, has played for Sweden at Under-23 level and scored 18 goals last season.
She said Liverpool’s fourth-place Women’s Super League finish in the 2023-24 season was “amazing” and she is “very happy to join this journey”.
“I like the way the team plays and I also feel that I can grow and develop here as a player and as a person so this is the right place to take the next step in my career,” she said.
Kapocs becomes Liverpool’s second signing of the summer transfer window, following the arrival of Canada international Olivia Smith in July for a club record fee.
Their league campaign begins on 22 September when they host Leicester.
