Rangers have confirmed they will play at Ibrox for the first time this season in the 21 September Scottish League Cup tie with Dundee – but with the Copland Stand closed.
Delays to materials arriving meant work on the stand was held up and Rangers played four home games at nearby Hampden Park.
Chairman John Bennett had said prior to the quarter-final cup draw that Rangers were aiming to be back in Ibrox for the 28 September Premiership meeting with Hibernian.
“Excluding the Copland Stand, where final concourse and seating works are ongoing, all areas of our home will be open for this match,” Rangers said on their website.
